1. Introduction

Sentimentos Sem Roteiro (the @sentimentossemroteiro profile and the website www.sentimentossemroteiro.com) values your privacy. This policy explains what information we process when you visit our website, buy one of our products or interact with our social media profiles, and how we protect it, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

2. Information we process

• Browsing the website: the website doesn't ask you to sign up. When you arrive through a promotional link that includes the origem parameter, we record that source and the page visited to learn which promotions work; this record does not identify you. If you choose a language on the website, we store it in a browser cookie only to remember your choice. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical data such as IP address and browser, for security. The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
• Purchases: the Objetos Falantes 3D course and the 30-Day Challenge ebook are sold and delivered by Kiwify. We do not receive your card details. Kiwify shares with us the data needed to deliver the product and provide support, such as name, email, phone number, product purchased and the source of the sale. Kiwify's processing follows its own privacy policy.
• Social media: when you comment on or message @sentimentossemroteiro on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, our automatic reply system processes your username, the text of the comment or message, the post and comment identifiers and the date, in order to reply and send you the links you asked for. On Instagram we use the official API with the instagram_basic (reading public comments and profiles) and instagram_manage_messages (direct messages and Quick Replies) permissions. This information is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS.
• WhatsApp community: if you join our group, your name and number are visible to the other members, according to WhatsApp's rules.

3. How we use information

We use the data only to deliver the products you buy, reply to comments and messages, provide support and understand which promotions work. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent our users' information. We only share data:

• with service providers needed to run the service, under confidentiality obligations: Kiwify (payments and delivery), Vercel (website hosting) and the platforms themselves (Meta, TikTok and Google) for interactions that happen on them;
• when we use artificial intelligence to suggest replies to comments, only the comment text and the reply instructions are sent to the AI provider;
• when required by law or requested by a competent authority.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data only for as long as necessary. Records of social media interactions are securely deleted after 30 days of inactivity or when you ask. Purchase data is kept for the period required by Brazilian tax law (generally 5 years).

6. Security

We take technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS encryption and restricted access, to protect information. However, no system is infallible.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, ask for it to be deleted and withdraw consent. To do so:

• write to espanholquebola@gmail.com from the email used for your purchase, when applicable;
• to remove app permissions on Instagram, use Instagram's security settings.

8. Audience

Our content and products are intended for the general public and are not directed at children under 13.
